Air
flights and Ecotourism
There is
a real possiblity that flying will become too
expensive. Aircraft are getting better at cramming
more passengers into a silver tube, but the engines
are still using up too much fuel.
Air Flights
and Ecotourism are not really sustainable when
oil based fuels are used. The whole concept of
physically going to see the tourism experience
will become an outdated idea. I do not believe
that we should encourage it to expand further
until we can travel more efficiently. We could
all stop 90% of our journeys by air which would
cut back on oil based fuel pollution.
Virtual
Ecotourism will be developed in conjunction
with computer based simulation and the experience
will be just as exciting. It has to happen.
