Eco-unfriendly Activities in China

China was developing so fast until the 2008 global financial crisis. Developing companies demanded more and more energy. More and more coal was burned to meet this appetite for electricity - environmental issues were taking a back seat over China's rush towards capitalism.

Let us now hope that environmental planning can move it's way back up their agenda and that China will now consider more seriously the development and use of clean coal burning power stations.
