Musket Cove Island Resort Fiji is located on Malolo Lailai in Fiji's Mamanuca group of islands, approximately 17 kilometres from Nadi or a 50 minute launch transfer. Musket Cove Island Resort Fiji overlooks a sheltered lagoon, which is a haven to visiting yachts from around the world. The lagoon also provides the perfect environment to enjoy many different water sports or perhaps relaxing by the pool at the edge of the lagoon with a cocktail is more your style.

The resort offers 600 tropical acres set amongst tall coconut palm trees on an island fringed by seven kilometres of white sandy beach. Musket Cove Island Resort Fiji features many amenities not found on other island resorts including the Musket Cove Yacht Club, Marina and Boat Harbour, supermarket as well as a restaurant, coffee shop, and beach bar. Accommodation

Musket Cove Island Resort Fiji features island style accommodation of traditional thatched bures and spacious villas set among tall coconut palms, in beautiful landscaped gardens, by the lagoon or on the white sandy beachfront.

Garden Bures : The 8 Seaview bures look out towards the the ocean, located directly on a large lawn area. Each bure has a breakfast bar, which contains a toaster, crockery and cutlery, as well as tea and coffee making facilities. Lagoon Bures: There are 6 Lagoon Bures all configured with a king-size bed, a single bed and a sofa bed. Each Lagoon bure has a private over water balcony. Beachfront Bures: There are 12 Beachfront Bures all with a king-size bed and 1 single bed. Ideally located on the beach, perfect for a romantic holiday. The Beachfront Musket Cove Island Resort Fiji bures features a breakfast bar, which contains a toaster, crockery and cutlery, as well as tea and coffee making facilities. There is also a private verandah with deck furniture.

Armstrong Villas: The Armstrong Villas are nestled around the edge of the newly developed Armstrong Islands and feature 10 villas each with two identical bedrooms and ensuite. Each Musket Cove Island Resort Fiji villa is air conditioned, with a King Size Bed (unzips to two single beds). Villas feature lounge area with CD Player, TV/VCR, kitchen with 2 gas burner stove & microwave. The lounge area leads onto a large over water balcony.

Resort Villas: The resort has six two bedroom two bathroom villas, ideal for large families, with sleeping facilities for up to five people. Each Musket Cove Island Resort Fiji villa has a spa pool and an elevated lanai. Beautifully finished in native wood and have a well equipped kitchen. All villas have air-conditioned bedrooms.

All accommodations have overhead fans, a bar fridge, outdoor furniture, hair dryers and toiletries.

Dining

Dick's Place Restaurant and Bar at Musket Cove Island Resort Fiji rates equal with any comparable dining facility anywhere in the South Pacific with a choice of outstanding dining options Snacks are also available at the restaurant from after breakfast through to late afternoon and early dinner. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in a tropical ambience by friendly, helpful waiting staff. The choice of dining options includes an extensive a la carte menu, daily blackboard specials, or table d'hote menu. Dick's Place at Musket Cove Island Resort Fiji is fully licensed, it's extensive menu complimented by a choice of fine wines from around the world, exotic cocktails, beers and soft drinks. On some nights local themes headline the menu - "Pig on the Spit", "Indian Curry" and "Island Stir Fry ".

For children 12 years and under there is a special menu in the Musket Cove Island Resort Fiji restaurant between 5:30pm - 7:30pm. Children under 12 dining with parents from the main menu are half price. Guests have the choice of dining inside the restaurant or enjoying alfresco style outdoor dining at tables on the terraces under the stars.

The Marina Coffee Cove, a relaxing coffee shop (serving snacks, child's portions, lunch, morning and afternoon teas) is located on the veranda of The Trader Supermarket, which is the place to visit to buy food necessities for your bure or villa.

Free Water Sports: Windsurfing, Canoes, Kayaks, Row-boats, A hand Line Fishing trip, Snorkelling Gear (free use of snorkels, flippers and masks for duration of your stay at Musket Cove Island Resort Fiji) Snorkelling Trips and a Long -boat trip to the nearby Fijian Village of Solevu.

* Daily tide times are shown on the Musket Cove Island Resort Fiji daily activity board at the Dock. The bay is tidal and some watersports and boat trips can be affected by the tides. You should consult the Dock Activity Program for operating times. There is deep water for swimming at all tides off the end of Ratu Nemani Island.

Weddings: Musket Cove Island Resort Fiji offers a wedding co-ordinator service to help you plan every details of your special day. Choice of location for the wedding ceremony...in the gardens, at sunset on Ratu Nemani or Smith Island, at the marina, on the jetty, on a yacht, or anywhere on or about the resort that appeals. Whether you have a wedding party of two or one hundred, a choice of catering arrangements and locations is on offer. There's silver table service under the stars, on the terrace or in the garden beside the restaurant, Dick's Place. Complimentary floral decoration of the ceremony area and use of the Ratu Nemani Island bar as a function venue is available. All weddings performed in Fiji are legally binding and marriage licences are easily arranged.
