Shangri-La's Fijian Resort

Set on its own 109-acre island on Fiji's Coral Coast, the Shangri-La's Fijian Resort lives up to its reputation in every way. The the Shangri-La's Fijian Resort has five restaurants, eight bars, specialty cuisine, theme nights, firewalking, and spectacular cultural entertainment. Children have their own special activity program, with a children's pool, playground, games room, daycare and nightly movies. Parents can slip away for shopping or sightseeing, and enjoy a vacation of their very own.

Accommodation

All rooms at the the Shangri-La's Fijian Resort feature air-conditioning, ceiling fans, telephone, in-room safe, refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities, toiletries, hairdryer, bath robes, iron and ironing board, private balcony or patio. Televisions feature in all rooms expect Lagoon View Rooms.

Requests for interconnecting rooms for Lagoon, Ocean and Family room categories should be made at the time of booking. However, confirmation can only be given upon check-in.

Lagoon View Rooms at the Shangri-La's Fijian Resort have a King bed and a pull out sofa bed. These rooms overlook the private lagoon and a located in the Lagoon Wing of the Resort. Accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults.

Ocean View Rooms consists of either 1 King Bed and a pull out sofa bed or 2 Double Beds. Located in either the Golden Cowrie wing, Reef Wing, Ocean Wing or Coral Wing. There is a total of 188 Ocean View Rooms at the Shangri-La's Fijian Resort. Accommodates a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The Ocean View Rooms also feature a dataport and satellite/cable television.

Family Rooms are located in either on the ground floors of either the Ocean Wing or Coral Wing. They are configured with 1 King Bed and 2 Divans. There is a total of 58 Family Rooms at the Shangri-La's Fijian Resort and they accommodate a maximum of 2 Adults and 2 Children or 3 Adults. Family Rooms also feature a dataport and satellite/cable television.

Suites at the Shangri-La's Fijian Resort are configured with 1 King Bed and pull out sofabed. They are located in either the Lagoon Wing or Coral Wing with Ocean Views and accommodate a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. They also feature a computer dataport, satellite/cable television and separate sitting room.

Two Bedroom Bures at the Shangri-La's Fijian Resort are located on the Lagoon Waterfront. They consist of 1 King Bed, two doubles and pull out sofabed and accommodate a maximum of 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children. They also feature a computer dataport, satellite/cable television, separate sitting room and separate shower cubicle. There is a total of 4 Two Bedroom Bures at the resort.

Dining at the Shangri-La's Fijian Resort

The Beach Bar & Grill - A casual lunchtime eatery located right on the beachfront overlooking the lagoon and next to the Lagoon Pool. It is open for light snacks at lunch time, Happy Hour at sunset and barbeque dinners at night.

Lagoon Terrace Restaurant (dress code: casual) - This Mediterranean influenced restaurant overlooks the Shangri-La's spectacular lagoon. The restaurant is open 24 hours and serves buffet breakfast, a la carte dinners and theme buffets and also had an all day dining menu - the Shangri-La's Fijian Resort.

Takali Terrace Restaurant (dress code: resort/smart casual) - Situated on the edge of the Pacific Ocean and offers panoramic views of the reef. Open for full buffet breakfasts daily, poolside snacks at lunch and serves dinner with a la carte Asian cuisine and fresh seafood featuring on the menus. Also features a bar overlooking the Takali Pool at the Shangri-La's Fijian Resort.

Kalevu Restaurant (dress code: resort smart, long trousers and collared shirt for men) - The hotel's signature air-conditioned restaurant where a live dance band entertains each evening. Closed on Fridays.
Golden Cowrie Restaurant (dress code: Resort smart) - A traditional Fijian themed restaurant available for special events at the Shangri-La's Fijian Resort.

Bilo Bar is a beachfront bar offering the best sunset vantage point, serves a great selection of cocktails.

Black Marlin Bar - The center of action at night including happy hour from 5.30 to 6.30. The bar has a DJ every night as well as a resident band on Tuesday through Saturday. Sunday is Karaoke night at the Shangri-La's Fijian Resort.

The Niu Bar is located on the terrace of the golf shop overlooking the 9th hole of the golf course.

Coral Bar is the perfect place to relax by the new infinity horizon pool. Guests can enjoy a cool drink as they sit by the pool.
